Shipping policy

At TonerPrint, our top priority is to provide speedy and reliable delivery services. We dispatch orders using one or more of the following methods:

  • Express Post
  • Registered Post
  • Courier (depending on suitability) Charges and Fees

From time to time, TonerPrint offers free delivery, where possible and reasonable, for orders above $100 or for subscription-based orders.

Please be aware that free shipping does not apply to large or bulky items. We will make every effort to display shipping details on the relevant product pages and/or during the cart process. However, occasionally, we may need to contact you regarding additional factors related to size, time frame, or widespread implications within the transportation industry.

Delivery to Norfolk Island, Christmas Island, Cocos Island, and The Australian Antarctic Territory is either unavailable or subject to extra fees. For more information on shipping to these locations, please contact us.

Please note that any shipping fees paid to TonerPrint are non-refundable.

Same-Day Shipping

For in-stock orders placed before 3pm AWST (excluding weekends and public holidays), shipping will be arranged and prepared on the same day. Orders received after 3pm AWST will be processed the following business day.

Estimated Delivery Times

Deliveries to major cities generally take 1-3 business days, while more remote locations may take up to 5 business days. These estimates do not apply to large or bulky items; refer to the section below for more details.

Keep in mind that delivery timeframes provided by TonerPrint are approximate and do not account for unforeseen delays.

Large or Bulky Items

Large or bulky items are not eligible for free shipping due to their size and weight. Additional delivery charges will be applied during checkout based on the item's dimensions, weight, and destination.

Typically, deliveries of bulky items to metro areas in Western Australia take 2-5 business days, while deliveries to other states and regional areas require 6-9 business days. These timeframes are estimates and may be affected by unexpected circumstances.

Please note that we cannot deliver large or bulky items to PO Boxes, Parcel Collect, or Parcel Lockers.

Backorders

We strive to maintain stock for all items. However, if we cannot dispatch your order within the usual timeframe, we will inform you within 2 business days.

Additional Information

  • Incorrect or incomplete address details will result in a $6.50 redelivery fee.
  • If you authorize delivery without a signature, you assume full responsibility if the parcel is lost or stolen from your property.
