Refund policy

At TonerPrint, our aim is to deliver high-quality products at competitive prices. We acknowledge that there may be instances when you need to return a product purchased from us.

To begin the return process, please contact us to obtain a Return Authorisation (RA) number. We cannot accept returns without a valid TonerPrint RA number, which is valid for 30 days from the date of issue. When returning goods, please include the RA number with your items.

1. Printer Consumables - Cartridges, Waste Bottles, Fuser Units, Belt Units, Filaments (including paper).

Please observe the following guidelines:

  • Returns must be made within 30 days of the invoice date.
  • All items with expiration dates must have at least 6 months remaining on their lifespan.
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging, unused, unopened, undamaged, and without any additional shipping labels or marks. Resealed items will not be accepted. We suggest using alternative external packaging for shipping to ensure the returned goods are in optimal condition.
  • A 15% restocking fee will apply to all returns due to incorrect orders or change of mind.
  • You are responsible for the freight charges and insurance associated with the return. TonerPrint will not provide a credit or refund for these expenses.
  • Always return goods with a tracking number, as we will not issue a store credit or refund for items not received by our warehouse.
  • Items sent with 'receiver to pay' will be rejected, leaving the courier responsible for properly disposing of the returned items.
  • If these conditions are not met, TonerPrint reserves the right not to offer a credit or refund. All rejected printer consumables will be retained for 90 days. If we do not receive further instructions within that time, the rejected item will be discarded. A shipping fee will apply to return any rejected items to you.

2. Office Machines - Cables, Scanners, Scales, Printers, Label Printers, and Shredders (including 3D printers, wide and large format printers).

Please note the following:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase.
  • The product should be returned in its original packaging, along with all internal packaging, starter kit (if any), cables, user manuals, etc.
  • The product must be in its original, unused, undamaged condition, free of any additional labels or marks.

3. Subscription and Finance Contracts for Office Machines

Please be advised that subscription contracts (such as maintenance or supply agreements) and finance contracts (such as leasing or loan agreements) related to office machines are not eligible for refunds or cancellations. Once entered into, these contracts are legally binding and will be enforced to the fullest extent of the law under the Australian Consumer Law and the laws of Western Australia. Any breach of contract or failure to comply with the terms and conditions of the agreement may result in legal action. It is essential to review and understand all contractual obligations before entering into any subscription or finance contract for office machines.

In addition to the above clauses, all returns are subject to the Australian Consumer Law and the laws of Western Australia. This includes adhering to statutory guarantees, warranties, and consumer rights applicable to Australian consumers.
